Orders are eligible for return if they are received by The Emerald Hen within 30 days of the PURCHASE DATE.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE MERCHANDISE.  ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE MERCHANDISE.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit.  Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the item and photos of the packaging upon arrival to you will be required.  We are not responsible for damages for wash and wear.  Unfortunately, we are not able to issue store credit or exchange under this circumstance.  Report damaged items within 3 days of receipt by either filling out the contact form or by emailing us at theemeraldhen@gmail.com.   The Emerald Hen is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
